I just got a copy of this program off a friend and I am completely at a loss as to how to use it. Im sure if I played around I will figure it out. But for starters, how do I tranfer an mp4 file from my Itunes into the program to mix and edit it? Any help would be fantastic, thank you

i cannot help you, sorry just got the program myself.  
 
But do you perhaps know how can i cut a 60min recording into the different tracks?
