STUDIO MONS WONT PLAYBACK WHAT I RECORD!!!!

1 posts | 1 Posted on 01/01/2008 at 20:04 Im running an alesis usb 8 track mixer into my pc and my monitor speakers into my mixer but what ever i record doesnt play through the mons after i record it....i only hear whats bein recorded at the time of recording. when i play what i recorded it gets played through the speakers is my computer monitor(screen) so i cant mix it properly cause the sound quality is shit.... help? | ||

1 posts | 2 Posted on 01/03/2008 at 17:24 It sounds like a problem I have with my computers sound card and my m-box.Anything audio played on Internet Explorer will only play back on my computers sound card and not thru my m-box,even if I select for all audio playback. Your situation,seems like you have to switch something between record input and audio playback.When i record thru my m-box I have to turn the knob to input and when I want to play back the audio I have to switch it to Playback mode. You should look for something kind of switch or knob you have to toggle or turn between both options. |
