please help behringer xenyx 802 set up

3 posts | 1 Posted on 02/02/2007 at 11:57 hi ive recently purchased a xenyx 802 ive never used a mixer for recording before i have currently the main outs L and R to my soundcard line in my line out to tape inputs on my xenyx and (because i have no moniters) my hi fi's aux to phones on mixer it kind of works but i cant turn up without alot of distortion. appreciate it if anyone can help | ||

370 posts | 2 Posted on 02/02/2007 at 18:48 "phones" is a high level and impedence output. plugging it into another amp brings the level up too high, and hello distortion. use another mixer output. | ||
