Need help for converting .pts file

1 posts | 1 Posted on 05/21/2007 at 08:28 hi there  This weekend we made a homemade recording of our songs, and a guy who had some equipment came and helped us, i know very little about editting sound files etc, but i use the programm Cool Edit Pro. The one he used to make the recordings was Pro Tools - and now he sent me the DVDs with the sound files - but i cannot open them cause they're in .pts format.. does anybody in here know how to change that format so i can open it with cool edit pro?  Really need some help for this.. I can't wait to hear the recordings.. thx Franne | ||

370 posts | 2 Posted on 05/21/2007 at 17:47 simple answer: you can't. we're talking about 2 completely different audio cores. also cool edit doesn't support asio, RTAS, VST.... your best chance is to manually imort the audio files and sync them. good luck! |
