1 posts | 1 Posted on 02/18/2004 at 04:27 I own Cakewalk Home Studio and FL 4. When I record a song it seems to be too much air in the vocals. How can I correct this? What plug-in do I use or can get. | ||

1 posts | 2 Posted on 02/18/2004 at 16:57 I have HS 04 and don't have problems with the program itself. It records clean an clear. Finding the right mic, preamp, compressor etc. is ALWAYS a strugle. I suggest you isolate every element in your chain from mic to sound card imput and find the culprit. If your sound card is inexpensive that could also be an issue. Good Luck, Brian | ||

14 posts | 3 Posted on 05/07/2008 at 23:33 When you say there is too much "air" in your vocals, are you referring to there being too much background noise on the recording, a very high-frequency-heavy sound (toppy), or that your vocals simply sound too breathy? EliMuso |
